Last October 3, the Philippine volleyball community also united for Jovelyn Gonzaga’s 3-year-old nephew, Calix Vander, who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Athletes from the UAAP, PSL, Premier Volleyball League and Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) teamed up to give financial help through a jersey auction organized by Rachel Anne Daquis and Carmela Tunay.
