Alyssa, Tots set to return soon but Creamline not rushing stars
Coach Sherwin says they’re easing the duo into shape

EXPECT Creamline’s brightest stars to be back soon.

Cool Smashers head coach Sherwin Meneses gave positive updates on the two-game absences of Alyssa Valdez and Tots Carlos.

The champion-MVP duo missed Creamline’s conference-opening loss to PLDT and subsequent first win over Farm Fresh because of ‘minor injures.’

Meneses, however, didn’t disclose the full nature of their injuries. He did mention that there are timetables already in place for their returns, but didn’t delve into specifics.

Hopefully makabalik sila agad.”

Despite their struggles on opening week sans its star pair, Meneses is confident that his squad has what it takes to compete and perform even when they are undermanned.

“Last game, maganda naman talaga yung laro (namin), talagang breaks of the game lang yung nangyari, kaya hindi kami masyadong nalungkot. Buti na lang nakabawi rin kami. Magiimprove pa yung team namin, yun yung target namin, every game magiimprove kami.”
