Creamline extends legacy off court through grassroots programs
TOPPED by a historic PVL Grand Slam, the sporting dynasty Creamline has built on the volleyball taraflex is second to none.
Now, Philippine volleyball’s winningest club looks to extend its legacy off the court by championing grassroots development and lending a helping hand to the country’s education sector.
Creamline and its parent company Rebisco teamed up with the Department of Education (DepEd) to launch the five-fold REBISCOVER Learning Program.

The said initiative aims to extend continuous support for the educational and sporting developments of public school learners and teachers in the country.

“We are deeply grateful for (Rebisco’s) unwavering commitment to the Department of Education and the future of our youth,” said DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara in the Memorandum of Agreement signing event joined by Rebisco and DepEd officials with Creamline MVPs Michele Gumabao, Kyle Negrito and Tots Carlos.
“Your longstanding dedication to education highlights the strength of our partnership. Your support enables us to address the many challenges we face in delivering quality education to our learners and providing assistance to our teachers.”
Five-fold community-based program
Five key parts comprise the REBISCOVER Learning Program, as per DepEd’s social media pages.

Collectively, they are aimed at providing learning materials, building classrooms, conducting community-based projects, uplifting the nation’s teacher force and hosting sports development initatives.
“We thank Rebisco for supporting the restoration of service facilities such as sports clinics and canteens so we will have the next Michele, Tots, and Kylie. Mga bata pa lang, mahahasa na ang kanilang galing,” Angara added.
