BLACKPINK is officially making their comeback in 2025.

The news was confirmed by YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun-suk in a video, who also revealed that the K-pop group — comprised of Jennie, Lisa, Rosé and Jisoo — will be embarking on a world tour next year. Additional details, such as exact tour dates or album announcements, are unconfirmed as of writing, but will mark their first album release since 2022’s BORN PINK.

The announcement of BLACKPINK’s comeback was made just before the group’s eight anniversary on August 8, which will be commemorated by a “OUR AREA WITH BLINK” fan sign event. This will be their first public appearance together in almost a year, as the four have been busy with commitments in their solo careers.
