FORMER NBA slam dunk champion Glen Robinson III is ready to make a splash in the coming season of the PBA and the first time import is excited to showcase what he can do in front of the hoop-crazy fans.
“I’ve never been an import before,” said Robinson, son of 11-year NBA veteran Glen Robinson. “I’ve never played overseas. I’m expected to bring a high level of game whenever I can bring and that’s why I’m here.”
“The experience I have in the NBA, that’s what they want me to bring. I’m trying to bring my best everyday and uplift everyone around me and my teammates had done a great job bringing me to the team.”
Robinson played for seven NBA teams and at 30, he’s still at the peak of his career.
His last team was with the Wisconsin Herd, an affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks, in the NBA G League.
