Another MVP award goes to the Creamline Cool Smashers
MICHELE Gumabao is the MVP of the 2024 PVL Invitational Conference.
Gumabao, a three-time PVL Best Opposite Spiker awardee, emerged as the top local scorer in the week-long tournament, accumulating 59 points from 52 attacks, four aces, and three blocks for Creamline.

Her efficiency was particularly noteworthy, as she achieved a 37.96 percent success rate, ranking second in the league. Additionally, she placed fourth in service with an average of 0.29 aces per set.
Gumabao is the fifth Cool Smasher to be hailed as top individual player, following Alyssa Valdez, Tots Carlos, Jema Galanza, and Bernadeth Pons.
Without a doubt, the newly-named MVP was key to Creamline’s completion of the first-ever Grand Slam in Philippine volleyball, claiming the All-Filipino, Reinforced, and Invitational Conferences.
